Luongo is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with over ten years
experience in public accounting and eighteen years entrepreneurial
experience in the private sector. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Kean University in Union, NJ with a B.S. in Accounting. A skilled financial consultant, auditor and entrepreneur, Mr.
Luongo is a construction industry expert, he is also experienced in
serving the restaurant, real estate developers, international
import/export, and health care industries, as well as non-profit and
governmental entities.
Mr.
Luongo’s expertise lies in the implementation of accounting systems,
internal control, cost analysis, financial statements attestation
engagements and help protect the reputation and integrity of our
clients. Mr. Luongo offers a wide variety of unique professional services to businesses at the domestic and international level. He
has consulted for clients in the private sector with over $60 million
in annual revenues and non-profit organizations and local governments
with expenditures of over $300 million annually. Mr. Luongo was instrumental for the implementation of GASB 34 for one of the largest school district in the State of New Jersey.
Mr. Luongo is fluent in Italian and proficient in Spanish and Portuguese. Mr. Luongo also earned a teaching degree from the Italian Department of Education Istituto Magistrale Teresa Confalonieri, Campagna, (SA), Italy and has served as an adjunct professor of accounting for Union County College. Mr. Luongo is married with two daughters and currently resides in Elizabeth, NJ.
