Mr. Baldomero is a licensed CPA in both, New Jersey and Florida . In 1975, Mr. Baldomero founded Baldomero & Company, P.C., a full service accounting firm   providing a wide variety of professional accounting, tax and consulting services.  During  thirty years, Baldomero & Company, P.C. earned a stellar reputation for its comprehensive services in a variety of industries including import and export, wholesale distribution, and professional services.  Mr. Baldomero has been instrumental in helping foreign privately held companies, particularly those based in Spain, Italy and Latin America, to establish US affiliates, guiding their initial ventures into a new marketplace.   In 2007, the practice was merged  with Mendonca & Suarez CPAs, LLC and Joe became a partner in the new firm.
 
Relying on over 30 years of professional experience, he provides clients with a wide range of accounting and business consulting services.  A graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Mr. Baldomero is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants,  the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Baldomero has served as Secretary of the West New York Cuban Lions Club, and was elected Charter President of the first Latin American Kiwanis Club of Hudson County, New Jersey.  He is also a Past President of the Hudson County Chapter of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, where he also had the priviledge of serving as  a Trustee for a two year term.
