Joao P. Santos, CPA

Joao P. Santos holds the position of Supervising Senior at Mendonca & Suarez, LLC and he is a member of Mendonca & Suarez, LLC’s Executive Board and is responsible for numerous clients of the firm.  Mr. Santos experience spans many industries, with an emphasis in service organizations, namely law firms, restaurant and hospitality organizations, construction, and wholesale and retail industries.  Mr. Santos has significant experience in tax planning and budgeting for closely held business and high net worth individuals.  Mr. Santos received extensive training and is proficient in QuickBooks, PCLaw, and PCLawPro, a general ledger and integrated time billing, accounting, and practice management software for law firms.

Mr. Santos graduated with High Honors from Rutgers University in 2002, with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and received the license to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in February 2005.

Mr. Santos is a member of the New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  Mr. Santos is fluent in both Portuguese and Spanish.
